I've been using two different weather models, with varying results,
during the trip. Predicting the storm and the winds that came after it
was not something that either model did well.
If, on Saturday afternoon, we have strong northerly winds, then the
Predictwind "PWG" (based on GFS) weather model is the winner. If the
winds are moderate south westerlies, then the National Weather Service
Wave Watch III model via GMN is the winner. I'm hoping for the latter,
it will give us better sailing conditions.
